Baywatch is comprised of six wooden three story structures (A-F) and two connected concrete buildings (G&H) that were rebuilt following Hurricane Dennis.
The entrance to Historic Fort Pickens, a Pensacola historic site, is less than .2 miles away. Visit on bicycles or walk the island on foot. Nearby Gulf Front picnic area. Walk to popular Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant or take a short drive to other Pensacola Beach restaurants, shopping and entertainment at the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. Baywatch Condominiums, located at 1150 Fort Pickens Road on beautiful Pensacola Beach, is a charming complex comprised of 87 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units overlooking the blue green waters of the intracoastal waterway. Owners and guests enjoy a community pool, pier, and a pond boardwalk with soothing fountains and lots of wildlife including turtles, ducks, herons, pelicans and more. Many of our owners have been at Baywatch for ten years or more and guests return year after year to enjoy the tranquility of our grounds. A short drive or trolley ride takes you to all the action, restaurants, night life, etc. at the core of the beach.
The interior area of Baywatch (including pool, pond and commons areas) has been designated as a playground area for children by the board of directors. Drive slowly and watch for children and others walking in the driving areas.
Live here because this is one of the most family friendly complexes on the beach and it is conveniently located close to everything.
