condominium complex on the Santa Rosa Sound
(The bay side of the street), a short walk
from the white beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
There is a private community pool and a
beach on the sound perfect for playing water
sports, addleboarding and kayaking. The
entrance to Historic Fort Pickens is less
than .2 miles away. Visit on bicycles or
walk the island on foot. Nearby Gulf Front

beaches here are pretty private and you'll
not find any people other than the homeowners
who live on this street using the beach.
